CCCLT is offering for sale 10 community land trust homes in New Orleans Lower 9th Ward. The houses are 2-3 bedroom, 2 baths with a number of amenities, and payments set at no more than 25 percent of your monthly income. CCCLT’s funding partner, Ford Foundation, has significantly subsidized these homes so that they cost between $33,000 and $90,000 depending on your monthly income. CCCLT partner Capital One gave grant support for the project and is also providing a financial coach to assist potential homeowners.
